Shipping, Payment and Backorders:
Free Shipping on all orders over $99. A $5 charge will be added to orders less than $99.
In-stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, via USPS Priority, unless directed otherwise. We will send the tracking number when your online order is shipped.
Corazon Sterling keeps reasonable quantities in stock but backorders and special orders may take between 4 and 6 weeks to fill. Please call us to discuss large quantity orders.
Defective or damaged goods will be replaced with identical merchandise if available. If a replacement piece or a suitable option is not readily available a credit will be issued.
